WWE Clash of Champions 2016

WWE Clash of Champions 2016

Tonight is WWE's first exclusive Raw Pay Per View since the brand split after Smackdown's Backlash two weeks ago. WWE have decided to make brand PPV's fortnightly instead. Coming live from the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana on Sunday 25th September, would WWE Clash of Champions bring out the fighting champions? Would it continue to change its downward spiral of uneventful rostered talent and highly ignorant championship babysitters drooping the ratings? Would WWE wake up and realise its wrongs? Let's find out.

It's as if Night of Champions has been quietly erased from our memories and replaced with a Gaming App named PPV instead.

WWE Tag Team Championship
Kofi Kingston and Big E (c) w/Xavier Woods Vs Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson

New Day have held the title for a record 399 days, they tell us.

New Day claimed they were fun with their toilet humour gathering no interest and more disdain. New Day have been stale since Wrestlemania and beyond and have mainly held the titles for the sake of it and not as championship might.

The only people who seem to care are WWE. Fans have left. A few marks were in for the indie luvvies tonight, which will please Triple H's plans to cash in on cheap heat to justify his lame hirings of ignorance. Most were indifferent or offered no reaction. The competition, loosely fitting, were simply given the title opportunities numerous times by WWE.

New Day were instantly taken out as Michael Cole told us, as Kofi was pummelled inside the ring by the lacking connectivity of punches by ignorant bland boy Karl Anderson. Gallows took over but no one was interested any longer, if at all.

Chicken legs blubber guts Anderson took over again given some chances to get over by Big E and still failed to draw interest. WWE had hoped giving him all the freebies would pay off. WWE are just as much to blame for inconsistency.

It was all very boring and somewhat pedestrian. Quick tags, beatdowns and rushed pinfalls made this what it was, a spot match desperately needing some buzz. It wasn't there and covering for Gallows and Anderson's failings to deliver exposed how green and inability to wrestle they really are.

Big E pinned Anderson, who turned and looked at Gallows to make a save breaking kayfabe on the mat. Disgraceful worker. Kofi Kingston and Big E took the high flying finisher to complete this drab casting and retain the WWE Tag Team Championship (now moronically called the Raw Tag titles) from their lacking competition. There was no other choice.

New Day danced, gyrated and played their trombone. How thrilling.

WWE Cruiserweight Championship
TJ Perkins (c) Vs Brian Kendrick

The midget era has arrived and WWE are insanely deluded at how great it is supposed to be. How WWE envisage this as a future is downright hilarity on their part. WWE are the biggest laughing stock at this time with mark booker Triple H obsessed with his own ego. Lacking stars, flying spots and inability to deliver was blindsided by Triple H's hard on for a couple of video tapes of jumping elves.

TJ Perkins won the pathetically produced Cruiserweight Classic tournament. Perkins instantly fluffed and felt lacking of confidence he boasted of before taking his place on the main stage.

The title, themed and dressed up like a boxing title with purple leather back strap and silver plates could not have looked more uglier. It barely even fits a Cruiserweight's waist, too.

All of it is plain laughable and WWE have lost many fans over this lacking foresight. Perkins entered in some lame computer game themed joke that had no emphasis or appeal. Even more laughable.

There was a quick roll through and mat lying on the floor as the pair tried to make something of nothing but it was against them thanks to WWE lack of foresight and highly ignorant endorsements in the Cruiserweight Classic which ruined the entire division before its rebirth.

Perkins jumped off the top to the outside as Kendrick rolled him up in the ring apron outside to get advantage.

A few cheap and empty spots got an instant reaction. Fans are desperately fickle to try and say WWE is great again, yet the real fans have left. Only the Indy luvvies seem to be there. It does not look encouraging for a bleak future after their fifteen minutes of fame evaporate.

The pair had rest holds and headlocks but the pair were too small and loose to convincingly hold any impact.

It was thoroughly quiet and boring in the arena even with a handful of moment gophers. I wonder if they are WWE plants?

The match wore down into boredom quickly and could not justify a new division of lacking emphasis, passion and necessity. WWE should axe the title and division immediately or before Christmas. It can't succeed despite Vince McMahon's desperation to prove everyone wrong on everything to say he could. Are the ratings down?

Lacking moments and stalling, Perkins then did a Hurricanrana which was a simple spot where Kendrick had to pull himself over the rope. It was bland and boring and the only moment which some flappy seal fans lapped up in their desperation to make it work. That won't make it work. Who is more desperate? WWE or its Indy darlings?

TJ Perkins fell flat on his face after another top rope dive. Repetitive anyone? Kendrick did well in a moment of backflipping as Perkins kicked out. TJ Perkins rolled Brian Kendrick up to retain the Cruiserweight title to completely no reaction whatsoever and many glum faces in the crowd.

Wow. It's officially a TNA match in WWE.

After the match Perkins hugged and shook the hand of his lifelong pal Kendrick, who shoulder-butted Perkins. Perkins failed to sell the nudge.

Best of Seven Series
Final
Cesaro Vs Sheamus

At three a piece and with no real care in the world, WWE's lack of direction for both stars and an excuse for rematches for a few months, the pair had their one important match here. Every series match HAS to be on PPV or TV. WWE put most of them, on WWE House shows and tours and superstars. WWE lied and said they were all on Raw

WWE outright lying at the 7 series matches as most of the were NOT shown on Raw and on Main Event etc. are further proof of its contempt for fans and failure to recognise its own product. They still can't figure out why it fails to connect any more with fans. The product stinks.

Sheamus, who has no depth, direction or skill any longer against the man WWE view with contempt for being over with crowds and talented beyond belief, Cesaro. Hmmm. WWE can't figure out why so many of its ratings are at its lowest ever in the 1's. Ouch!

WWE quickly changed the ring ropes too. They were purple for the CW title match. lol.

The pair were constantly on their backs taking moments to play to the crowd and despite their efforts it was boring thanks to WWE's clueless booking. It's as if they purposely booked it to make it fail. As absurd as that sounds, WWE do, do that.

The pair got their advantage each to keep it equal but it wasn't anything exciting. The whole series has been a washout. No one cared and WWE drained all the energy from it before it got to PPV.

After some big spot moments and Sheamus failing to secure a pin, Sheamus got angry. Cesaro nailed a boot and Neutraliser as Sheamus just kicked out for a shock moment to entertain. Fans chanted "This is awesome" It wasn't awesome and fans will chant for any moment given like sheep, however it was better than most so far. If the Awesome moments are a cheap pander then its very worrying what fans are looking for in the future of dumbed down wrestling entertainment.

Not exactly Undertaker, Macho Man or Roddy Piper thrills, is it? Perspectives highly important.

Sheamus dived off the top turnbuckle who fell into a chance uppercut by Cesaro. Sheamus gets the White Noise to follow up outside and stay in it. Sheamus was whipped into the ring post who held his hands up. Cesaro clotheslined Sheamus over the barricade as the pair feigned injuries. WWE called the bell and made it a draw, making this a No Contest

Ha! Y'all got screwed by Vince again. The Best of 7 series ends in a draw with fake injuries. LMFAO. You all pay for this sh*t! Vince f**ked you all again and continues to view you with such contempt. When fans fall for it everytime, WWE will continue to do it to you.

Cesaro hoped to go on as Sheamus was being led away by referee's. The fans were rightly livid with more false advertising and dodgy decisions.

Sami Zayn Vs Chris Jericho

The resident taxi driver Sami Zayn arrived. He looks more like a busker, but fans think he's an Uber driver. It wasn't at all interesting and bland plus one. In came whiny b*tch Jericho who continues to live Vince McMahon's mid life crisis.

The pair yelled and stalled before getting started. Need some thinking time? Zayn backed Jericho into the corner to get a few jabs in and get it going.

The funniest moment was when Jericho nailed Zayn with an Enziguri as he missed and Zayn stood still on the spot and awkwardly pretended to fall down. It was so unbelievable stupid. Jericho then proved he was the "Stupid Idiot" with light foot stomps barely touching or hurting Zayn. What a mess.

Zayn was stuck in the Walls of Jericho and could not reach the rope as Jericho looked like he was taking a dump. Zayn rolled through a small package and powerbomb for near falls but fell short. Spot moments galore were somewhat unappealing again. Chris Jericho then randomly nailed a Codebreaker to pin Sami Zayn and end this match so abruptly, just like that, with no sense whatsoever.

WWE showed their previous Smackdown segment of The Miz and Ziggler. Fighting in a Chicken suit to help sponsors KFC get over. Lame as ever.

The blubber champion, and Mick Foley was met by Stephanie McMahon. They all praised their own egos and Kevin Owens cheered his title hander Triple H. He blubbed on about lacking monotonic "I am the show" rubbish. It was weak and futile. Even a simple promo could not be upheld. His uplifting vest with horrid armpits made sure you could smell the Body Odour everywhere.

WWE Women's Championship
Triple Threat
Bayley Vs Charlotte w/ Dana Brooke Vs Sasha Banks

Apparently this is now 'Raw's' Women's title yet it is the only Women's title. WWE are still clueless. WWE can't figure out its own title branding.

Bland champ, druggie Sasha (who still hasn't sit out for 30 days) or tepid Bayley? So many choices.

Can Charlotte actually do anything without a plus one hanger on? how is Dana supposed to get over either? She can't on her own because her look is appalling, but even so, it doesn't help anyone.

After Charlotte was out the way, Sasha gave Bayley a gentle nudge before they went at it. Charlotte stopped Sasha with a hair grab to take it with Bayley. Sasha returned as all three missed arm moves and all did a triple dropkick missing one another, on purpose, this time.

It went back to being weak and slow with Sasha and Charlotte reversing flips and wooing. Dana Brooke's hollering outside was even more painful.

Bayley was given her chance to take some offence before Sasha quickly took it back. Everyone got their chance as Dana Brooke assaulted Bayley and flung her into the outside. Apparently No disqualifications are allowed in a three way. This was never done much in the proper days though, was it? Talk about lame.

Charlotte uses the turnbuckle to grind Sasha's back as the ref can't call it, and Charlie blasts a clothesline on Bayley, stirring outside.

Sasha got back into it as the match was all, everyone's turn blah blah blah as Bayley cross body dropped them all. It was all a little cheap and tacky.

Charlotte accidentally placed her hand over Sasha but the ref did not count. That was an official botch.

Messy and clunky interactions over the rope proved once again when Charlotte and the gals are tired it becomes very sloppy.

Charlotte manages a double Moonsault and fails both, separate pins. Charlotte is reversed into the Banks Statement as Dana Brooke saves Charlotte. Bayley and Sasha mix it up with close falls as Charlotte returned to Sasha with rope leverage for two.

Quick counters see Sasha lock in the Banks Statement from a poor Back Stabber. Dana tries but is booted off as Bayley returns fort Sasha. Charlotte stops the quick submission on Bayley as more close falls as cheap mishaps occur to create buzz.

Charlotte boos Bayley who bashes into Sasha Banks being held by Dana Brooke as Charlotte picks up the cheap pin fall over Bayley to retain the ever so troubled Women's Championship lacking contenders and talent.

WWE United States Championship
Roman Reigns Vs Rusev (c) w/ Lana

This match started well with good action, mostly from Rusev but Roman Reigns held his own. The crowd plagued the match with cheers and boos of "Let's Go Roman" "Roman Sucks." He is officially John Cena Mark II. Apart from girls a few guys and kids, Roman Reigns was met with hate. Rusev was thoroughly cheered.  Though it was all about the indifference to Roman despite Rusev's fantastic development as a main event player and superb US champion.

The crowd were so fed up they chanted for "CM Punk" to keep their interest fading fast.

Reigns was followed by indifference as the match was interlaced with beautiful moments lost on the personality involved being so awkwardly placed with its WWE Universe.

Reigns winked at Lana as he attempted to Spear Rusev, who halted him in his tracks. Roman charged the defending champ with fists as Rusev took a quick counter and hard boot for two sets of two falls.

Roman Reigns Speared Rusev and almost won as Lana pulled the sweetie referee Rod Zapata to stop the count. Rod was mad and sent Lana packing to the back after her perfectly upset wails. Rusev looked distressed as Roman continued to work down the champion with brute force. Fans cheered Rusev as they did when Lana saved him. Rusev clasps on The Accolade in the hottest moment of the match with sheer noise from the crowd.

Reigns fought the power to rise above and break the hold as Rusev raked the yes. Rusev charged at Roman Reigns who speared Rusev instead to catch the count and win the United states Championship.

There was a lot of noise for this one.

WWE Universal Championship
Seth Rollins Vs Kevin Owens (c)

Universal Champion and ratings dropper to their lowest ever in WWE, Kevin Owens, was given the title once again by his real life friend Triple H. Failing to get fans, thrill and ratings, Owens, an absurd choice that WWE never really wanted in the first place, made the absurd decision to cave in to Indy Darlings. WWE is not an Indy promotion Triple H is desperately obsessed with. The ratings have reflected such and WWE continue to be clueless to accept it.

Fans had left because the same thing happened with Owens a year ago over the Intercontinental Championship. Triple H failed to listen and Vince McMahon was foolish enough to cave in to make hunter feel a part of the extended family as its trophy husband with every call up choice an abysmal failure.

The Universal Championship, the ugliest belt in the game, is not even a real, heavyweight championship and a made up trinket that has no Heavyweight status. It is a transitional championship that will never get over.

Within literally one minute, Owens was getting pummelled by Seth Rollins and took breather spots outside on the canvas and knocked over on the floor. Owens not one minute in is already on the mat outside rolling around. Such an amazing star, huh, Vince?

Seth then kept Owens on the ground in the ring next.

Even when he's being carried Owens still cannot deliver at all. Rollins used a perfect flip to get the match some more momentum. It was still slow, empty and lumbering for Owens to play catch up.

Owens took another jab and yelled "ohhh" and stumbled on the spot as Rollins followed up and put himself into a DDT so Owens could gain some movement. Owens was once again outside and slowly picks Rollins up and pushes him into posts and corner partitions. How exciting.

Once more Owens yelled trash and raised his hands to the audience for a cheap pop. the blubber continued to do nothing and wait for Rollins to do all the work so he could try and sell Owens, who cannot sell himself.

Owens continued to yell as he does in the same routine every match like textbook. This isn't the Indies, dipsh*t!

Rollins ran towards Owens who flipped him over the ring for a chance to seem in control.

Owens used a head lock on the floor inside as he yelled unrelatable trash. A comfortable spot for lazy Owens, who really cannot go with the best of them and further embarrassment WWE as an immediate laughing stock.

Owens once more stands over his opponent talking crap once again. It was not main event calibre at all. Are WWE joking with themselves?

Owens was once again down and outside being walked around by Rollins for some breather spot time. Rollins helped further by dismantling the Spanish Announce Table.

After much wheezing from a puffed out piggish Owens crawling on the canvas, he flipped Seth over and got a cheap kick in the heel back before flinging himself as the bowling ball with legs at Rollins for a cheap two fall.

Rollins again set up the corner exchange as Owens lifted Rollins and jump knee'd him which he almost dropped Rollins and caused severe injury on a botched angle.

Now Owens uses an adjoin table to charged through Rollins and missed as tubby toting crotch chop taunting Owens jumped through the table as Seth moved.

Owens no sold the move after taking a quick knee to the head from Seth.

Owens fails to sell table crash within 30 seconds. Any champ would know how to work properly.

Chris Jericho arrives to help Owens cheat and stop Rollins as Owens gets the powerbomb and fails the pun. Seth Rollins shoves Owens into Jericho much like the divas match. Seth Rollins tells big boy Owens to "suck It!" as Jericho puts Owens leg on the rope.  What an unflattering sight it was.

Rollins chased Jericho outside so Owens could gather his breath. Owens then flung Rollins into the referee, knocking him down. Seth smashed the Pedigree for a ten plus count. It was poorly produced and repetitive. Jericho attacks Rollins as Owens rolls himself outside once more. Rollins took down Jericho and then other side Owens with torpedo dives to the outside.

Stephanie McMahon sends a new referee down as Kevin Owens has Seth Rollins walk into him for another powerbomb to see Kevin Owens get a cheap and tainted pinfall to retain the ugly, never getting over, transitional title.

PPV Rating - 2/10

Men/Women of their matches - Kofi Kingston, Brain Kendrick, Cesaro, Sami Zayn, Bayley, Rusev, Seth Rollins

Man/Woman of the PPV - Rusev

WWE's exclusive Raw PPV couldn't have been any worse at kicking off its new stance at creativity. Still repetitive, worn out, drab and favouring useless pals in the back room over talent will continue to drive WWE's ratings down the crapper.

Failing to utilise such talents who shone themselves tonight in Cesaro, Seth Rollins and Rusev see WWE still ever at the precipice of crumbling self destruction.

WWE putting all its eggs in one big basket of useless, ignorant, Triple H ego ridden festation over his NXT favourites who have no skill or fans, is hurting WWE's product. WWE do not care.

Instead WWE have rewarded failed WWE Champion and new US Champion, resident druggie abusing Roman Reigns, the staple of America. How ironic that the standpoint of America is to use steroids, be hated and succeed through corruption.

Ego. Ego. Ego.
Drop Ratings Drop.
Alongside the failed druggies is Sasha Banks, who has yet to serve suspension time after her bust last month. WWe violate its own wellness policy and her injury time doesn't count to suspension for 30 days. Only in WWE can doping be rewarded.

As for the divas match, it was still loosely fitting, had no real poise and three uneventful stars who are barely scrapping the barrel.

Sheamus is a lost cause even though Cesaro was once more the star that WWE so often hates. Fans have already bolted thanks to such poor decisions.

Jericho is a filler match. Enough said.

Zayn does not have a handful of fans.

The Cruiserweight's were a letdown and have no style or interest. Another flash in the pan once its five minutes are up. Triple H can never remove his ego from destroying the product, can he?

No one cares about the tag division any longer. It's a joke to even suggest it is one.

For WWE, they have seemingly produced yet another TNA PPPV with disastrous results. Lacking champions, zero talent and useless names unable to materialise. Dodgy decisions, false starts, lies and ego maniacs convoluting the product further complete such a mess. Then there are the steroid junkies.

WWE will make up its own bitter rules as and when it chooses and fails to see where the success truly lies. Their hate continues to reek through all of their products and once again fail to listen through stubborn egotism. The ratings last week for Smackdown and Raw are at their lowest ever. Yet WWE does not seem to care one iota about its dwindling reputation and its failure to listen and acknowledge what will make it shine and has been most loyal in critique.

They only have themselves to blame. However, in WWE's toxic environment, they will always blame anyone but themselves. WWE could have it so simple, if they put their egotistical BS aside. Until that day changes, neither Vince McMahon or Triple H seem to have the understanding to make the necessary decisions that are right for the show. Which begs the question? Do they really care about the fans, business and critique? Or do they simply not give one hoot and want their own ego shining through as gospel? I think we all know the answer to that one without one ounce of doubt.

WWE Backlash 2016

WWE Backlash 2016

WWE presented its rehashed PPV, exclusive to Smackdown, in Backlash. Lacking options and desperately trying to make the blue brand and the brand split meaningful, with a densely populated roster, WWE tried to dig deep. However, was it as successful as it had hoped?

The newly created titles in the WWE Smackdown Women's Championship and WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championship was the first disaster for WWE.

Not only are they the exact belts with a blue background on them from the tag and Women's straps on Raw, WWE decided to rename them. This renaming has devalued the titles, their holders, linage and appeal. The Women's championship can be split and renamed when it is the sole one. You cannot just 'make' a title and expect it to take off. WWE have no brains or creative direction on how to make the titles co-exist in a brand split with prestige. The same for the Tag Titles.

With a lacking roster treated like stooges, and the crew of females called up from NXT, this was a sure fire disaster.

WWE Smackdown Women's Championship
Elimination, Six Pack Challenge
Alexa Bliss Vs Becky Lynch Vs Naomi Vs Natalya Vs Nikki Bella Vs Carmella

This was now billed as a Six Pack Elimination. It has handled very badly. Alexa Bliss was the first to hit the showers after taking a joint powerbomb by Natalya and Naomi who pinned her. Natalya quickly locked on the Sharpshooter to make quick work of Naomi, the only real prospect at this point. Natalya was then dumped by Nikki Bella. Nikki Bella then got rolled up by Carmella. Carmella was hit by Nikki after taunting her, allowing Becky Lynch the cheated victory to lock on the Dis-Arm-Her submission.

Talk about rushed. empty and pointless. It was brief and even in this short skirmish, there were so many botches it was unreal. Completely and utterly a sloppy mess. Another empty win.

Tag Team
WWE Smackdown Tag Team Tournament, Second Chance Reprieve
The Uso's Vs The Hype Bros (Mojo Rawley and Zack Ryder)

The Uso's were offered a second chance reprieve alongside The Hype Bros to get to the finals to battle Heath Slater and Rhyno for the Tag Titles.

This is interesting as the tag titles on Smackdown are newly created. However, they are non-existent and meaningless because the WWE Smackdown titles already existed in the previous brand split. WWE also claimed that the winners (mentioned below) were the first ever WWE Smackdown Tag Team Champions. An outright lie. Does WWE even think or research its own title history, or does it simply make it up as it goes along without a care in the world and treatss its audience as complete idiots?

After a decent match (all things considered) with the nasty The Uso's and The Hype Bros with lacking direction on all cylinders, the show was a total mess in production values.

The Uso's advanced, but not before tapping out Zack Ryder with a moment of Manspreading nomination for the Wrestling Wonders Awards. This was the only real highlight.

WWE Intercontinental Championship
The Miz (c) w/ Maryse Vs Dolph Ziggler

Dolph Ziggler is somehow still lurking in WWE's shadows as the jobber than just might but never will. His opponent in The Miz isn't really a selling point either, but WWE and the blue brand are at a tough point in their booking times. Which really makes you question why the brand split was enforced.

The Miz dominated the match and made Ziggler a useless heap. It was a long match but before his victory, helped by Maryse spraying something in Dolph Ziggler's eyes, The Miz, who technically could have won on his own, was another useless coward who is going nowhere with the white strap accessory no one really cares about any longer.

It was all filler, no thriller.

Randy Orton Vs Bray Wyatt

Earlier in the PPV, Randy Orton was seen on the floor yelling as a camera ran the hall to get closer. Bray Wyatt botched an attack on Randy Orton to sideline him form competing tonight. That's right, the scheduled Wyatt/Orton battle wasn't going to happen as falsely advertised. Fans who had paid for this match were getting none of it as Randy Orton was being saved for part time calamity Brock Lesnar for their second battle, which Orton will clearly win, soon. What a rip off. WWE just treated its fans like grade A fools.

Lesnar 'beat' Orton at Summerslam two weeks ago, after gashing him open with a seeping scar. WWE admitted it "was a work" which is interesting as WWE had banned all blood angles in wrestling as unsafe to workers and PG children watching. In times of desperation WWE can alter its ways for its own selfish desires. Usually people are fined if the bleed. Not this time.

Bray Wyatt was announced victor after a formal forfeit victory. Hilarious. This is the guy Vince was desperate to do something with, and now tried to use him as a distorted Max Waltham shell. Now, Bray Wyatt is the most inconsistent being in WWE.

No Holds Barred
Bray Wyatt Vs Kane

Bray Wyatt's gone all Rastafarian
WWE weren't finished yet, though. They told Bray he would compete in a No Holds Barred (Insert shoehorn here) match with a Mystery Opponent. Who could it possibly be, if we couldn't already guess.

The trained eye knew exactly who it was as Kane billowed out to beat up Bray Wyatt. The match was simply a stall for time, get it over with battle where Bray Wyatt was once again a hilarious fool to a 49 year old dependence of the company in Kane, who has no believability in his presence any longer. so much for this New Era slogan.

Tag Team
WWE Smackdown Tag Team Tournament, Finals
The Uso's Vs Heath Slater and Rhyno

The vacant and nonexistent titles were awarded to Heath Slater and Rhyno. It was an uneventful match where Slater and his random geezer with terrible legs and knees was living out his lost youth in WWE. Fans were finally awarded a Heath Slater victory.

Why? Because Smackdown is desperate to draw in some fans and get some attention for dwindling ratings. McMahon views Slater like Zack Ryder types. He doesn't want to give them the titles, but when he needs to use them, that is what they are there for. Already he has been booked like a stooge and will ultimately fail as a result. Other talented teams in American Alpha and The Vaudevillians were dropped by WWE as the don't really 'rate' them. So why have them there then? WWE is more fickle than the average fan in never figuring out what will succeed WWE.

For Heath, he could have found a better partner that would elevate the potential, but WWE settled for its comfort zones than its professional depth.

It was another nothing match.

WWE World Championship
Dean Ambrose (c) Vs AJ Styles

WWE decided to rename its WWE World Heavyweight Championship the WWE World Championship. This is wrong. This is not the WWE World Championship as a new title must be introduced for that. This is the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, a purely new Heavyweight title. WWE continue to mismanage its own product with such laughability that makes it truly shambolic. They don't care, They should. The company is going down the pan, TNA style.

The match was the Triple H favourite who can never succeed in AJ Styles, the flippy stuntman who has had multiple title opportunities to win, and fail. His opponent is lacklustre champion Dean Ambrose.

Dean Ambrose was booed by the crowd. Not because they wanted AJ 'no' Styles, but because Ambrose has been an abysmal letdown, which we warned about over the last year. WWE had no direction, passion or way forward for the vanilla t*tty monster. Either way he was doomed. that's right. Creative had nothing for him. Yet, he still remains employed.

Triple H, obsessed with AJ Styles doing a flippy jump one or two times in Japan, which Max Waltham guided him to, has been instrumental in trying to use AJ Styles to win the gold. WWE allowed AJ Styles to beat Dean Ambrose in a poorly laced spot match Ambrose tried to sell. Despite lacking character and direction, Ambrose can handle himself in the ring. He made AJ look good, at his expense. As long as Triple H gets his fan favourites, who cares, right? Ambrose should quit.

Why was Styles the victor? Simple. Smackdown is low on rostered stars. John Cena won't get over for the New Era, Randy Orton is injured/being saved for Lesnar II, Ambrose is treading water, Ziggler is a jobber, Corbin is the pre-show loser, Wyatt is a joke and there is no one else on the roster.

AJStyles wearing the gold exactly when Rey Mysterio won it. Can barely wear the chunky bracelet.

Smackdown is hoping these things will give itself and the new cable company it's on some bigger ratings, yet with so many of Triple H's off-putting ignorance, the WWE is open for a swirl of calamity. Ratings will only plummet further and the future line of success will be worse off. The only way WWE can truly succeed is to drop the titles of Raw and Smackdown from the ignorant holders immediately to save face and book some proper stars. WWE, however, is stuck in the mud and desperately up the creek without a paddle. They clearly cannot see forward but a bumbling fat guy with no personality or star quality and a cruiserweight acrobat is not going to be a future WWE can be proud of.

WWE is not an Independent company, its meant to be the premier. Look at it now. All for Triple H's embattled ego, desperate to say he could. Vince McMahon's legacy, all the while, is simply stuffed.

They never listened to this writer, but always knew Max Waltham was and is right. Do it now. They resent and disrespect, but they know it's true. At this point WWE is clueless, talentless and broken. It needs to figure out how to change for the better, and no one in WWE seems capable of doing that. How much do you hate yourself? With hate comes grand failure.

You're Welcome.

PPV Rating - 2/10

Men / Women of their matches - Naomi, Zack Ryder, The Miz, Randy Orton, Kane, Heath Slater, Dean Ambrose

Man / Woman of the PPV - Heath Slater

Backlash was a shoehorned PPV filled with severe desperation to make Triple H's Project NeXT work after everything has categorically failure before him over the last three or so years.

Triple H and his lacking foresight of future stars has completely dropped WWE's ratings, clustered with ignorance hires on Hunter's bulging erection over seeing one tape of a flippy midget or bumbling tub of lard.

Wrestlemania set... for egotistical failure
Triple H's fandom favourites show a huge lack of ambition, direction and foresight. Triple H is desperate to be back on TV running 20 minute promos for his own ego and fill Wrestlemania with another match. Triple H cannot juggle the business side of professional with the in ring performer. Triple H must ruin every one for his own legacy and Vince McMahon has to cave in to make Trips feel like a proper McMahon and not just the trophy husband.

All of Backlash's winners were Triple H's personal interventions and NXT pandering. Becky Lynch, the no good lingerer who can't achieve success wins a title beyond her time a year or so later, when it doesn't mean a thing. That's WWE for you, always a year behind these days. Also joining the ranks was the demotion of Dean Ambrose who had nothing for him from creative and was dropped so Triple H's fandom choice of AJ Styles, to gain more popularity from the mark fans to latch on to popularity for his own ego was implemented. Triple H is the biggest mark going. He still hasn't learned that it won't ever work. He tried it and every NXT prospect has failed. How desperate it is to see Triple H, at his age and point of career, try to latch on to a few minimal dirt sheets in the hope to manipulate them for popular choices that wont go anywhere. These are simply flash in the pan, one hit wonders. It will crash and burn after their 15 minutes of fame are over and no one, money, title donations or booking BS will save them.

Heath Slater finally achieved the big one, with a geriatric state of Rhyno, which is so far beyond interesting and looks more washed up and a mess than ever with those legs. This is Heath's first and Rhyno's first title in WWE. It took Rhyno fifteen years to win one. Now it's just shabby. Rhyno, of course, was highly involved in NXT. Triple H strikes again and has latched on to Heath Slater to get his NeXT playground program over.

This is no level the future and Triple H continues to destroy it from within with his vanity hires, ignorance lording and incessantly hateful ego. WWE is the pits and Triple H is further lowering it into the abyss. He's even taken over the failure TNA model of Dixie Carter, with disastrous results and made a TNA fluffer who jumps around its Number one champion. What a waste and a massive insult to the roster who have been and are more deserving in their talent to be swept away like yesterday's garbage.

Look daddy, I'm important...
While Dean Ambrose hasn't been pulling his weight as champion, that is solely WWE's fault and Triple H, head of creative and hiring, has decided not to work for Ambrose in efforts to undermine him.

Morale is at its all-time lowest in WWE. Many are contemplating a move from WWE. No one really wants to be there and Triple H's independent darlings disaster infiltrating WWE, it is not difficult to see why. Only WWE seem to be inherently blind to the undergoing problems in its lockeroom. Many have left, are on the verge of going or contemplating a change. Even Summer Rae vividly announced online she was highly considering dropping out.

WWE is a clunky mess with no future or depth in sight. Triple h and his hateful ego of this writer offering advice and his need to be top dog and preside over everyone while proving he is capable as a legit McMahon and not just the plus one at the party, isn't working as planned.

Ratings were lost for many reasons. One was Triple H, the other his hires and his direction of ignorance. His tinkering of the main roster for his unmaterialising favourites, which he has become too interpersonal with, has sunk it further. Though WWE won't listen. They live in a world where they think money will solve all the problems. It won't. Though that is the world the McMahon's live in. They want to be proved right. Yet everything continues to go wrong. There's no listening or caring about WWE fans or critics and WWE hope that latching onto faves will save them. Because that was an oh, so fulfilling experiment proven to fail in the past years ago.

A picture paints a thousand words.

WWE don't care about others or themselves. WWE's revolving door policy continues. Every year it is the number one company to have the most personnel leave and slip in the back door. Those entering are worthless talent and those gone are the stars WWE has pushed out through hate and disdain. The future is bleak because WWE has not, one bit, changed its practices and ethics. It is doomed along this troubled path. They will never learn. Until they do, and halter their ignorant egos, WWE is forever on the outside looking in. Fans are becoming smarter and have decided to put themselves first. Why wouldn't you, if your live is never going to change with all this BS that never rewards your fandom hopes of the 1980's with new stars you never get, who you want? Is your wallet empty and still unfulfilled? Try something else.

Vince McMahon doesn't have a life. He has dedicated his entire life to being a workaholic in the sense that it has warped him into his own world of lunacy. The only world he knows is his own, distorted from the real one in which no one in WWE can relate. He wanted to and still plans to dominated every night of TV with WWE shows. How desperate, sad and loony. No one has the time for that except McMahon, who has spent his whole life chained to his desk and never actually living or meeting people. The man has no soul.

What's next? All the back catalogue of crappy PPV's like Judgment Day, No Way Out and the like to give the brand split more chances to gain bums on seats? That is more divisive than inclusive but McMahon doesn't see it anymore. He needs someone to keep him in check, but resents anything that can benefit. The man, at this point, is a megalomaniac. His pandering to b!tch boy Triple H has immeasurable shelved WWE's future. McMahon used to be the greatest booker in the land, now he's just a sad old man who is latching on to any form of desperation he can get. He has lost foresight and feels he must help re-masculate Triple H in from of the wife by letting him have his toy playthings on screen. It is already a failing concept.

At what point did Vince McMahon become so weak?

Are small men, fat men, no personalities and NXT luvvies really going to make a future? Where is the creativity? Where's the passion, the desire, the fun? It's not here anymore and if fans and critics don't get that from their 'entertainment' then it is time for them to move on. This is not WWE as we know it, and never will be any longer.

Max Waltham changed the wrestling business for the better, and WWE and Triple H, insanely jealous and hateful that it wasn't their way, copied and distorted it from what it was meant to be. The lack of respect has cost WWE tenfold and here is the result. An empty wasteland filled with steroid abusing junkies, useless immaterialistic fandom and cataclysmic structure. This is not WWE then, now or forever.

Despite a little gloss over of tinted paint, WWE really does have nothing to offer.
